Tablix 0.3.0 release announcement

I'm pleased to announce the release of Tablix 0.3.0. Source code distribution 
can be downloaded from the following URL:

Tablix 0.3.0 is the first stable release based on the 0.2 development branch.

This release features a completely rewritten kernel that is able to solve a
much wider range of timetabling problems than the kernels from the 0.1 branch
and is no longer limited to high school scheduling. The new kernel's genetic 
algorithm is also better at solving certain types of very constrained 
timetabling problems that were already supported by the 0.1 branch.

The XML parser has undergone significant changes and no longer supports the 
XML format used by the 0.1 branch of Tablix.

The new kernel has a much cleaner API for fitness and export modules which is 
fully documented in a API reference manual. Old modules are no longer
supported and need to be ported to the new kernel API. This distribution 
includes 14 modules that were ported from the 0.1 branch.

The distribution also includes a new automatic module documentation utility 
for fitness modules and new extended manuals and HOW-TOs.

Tablix 0.3.0 is the first release to support the Darwin/Mac OS X platform.
