"timext->tupleid[var_resid][con_resid] == -1" expression will be true.
So yes, it will count as a hole.

"available.so" module only makes sure that a resource will never use a
timeslot. So that timeslot will not have any events scheduled in that
resource's timetable and time extension will have -1 in the
corresponding element.
