Sorry for messing with your modules again Nick. I'll extend this a bit
before adding it to the CVS (I would like to have separate fixed-period
and fixed-day restrictions).

Since your module registers a tuple restriction, you should have here a
"@tuple-restriction" block.

This part is completely unnecessary. Why do you want to change domains
that have nothing to do with time? Also domains for constant resources
are simply ignored by the kernel.
