Tablix 0.3.3 stable release

Two header files (style2.h and stripe.h) are missing from the source distribution of the previous release. This results in a compiler error.

This release adds the missing files and also fixes a bug in the DTD file for the XML format of the fitness modules reference documentation.

Source distribution is here. The new Debian package should be identical to the previous release.
