Tablix 0.2.3 on Mac OS X

Tablix 0.2.3 has been confirmed to run on Mac OS X on PowerPC processors with only minor changes. This is the first time Tablix was tested on a machine with a non-Intel CPU.

PowerPC machines can also be included in the PVM cluster together with Intel machines without problems. You can find a performance comparison between the two architectures in the Benchmarks section of the Wiki.

Detailed instructions on how to install on Mac OS X can be found on the Wiki. Fixes to the code will be in the CVS repository soon.
