Chii in Lancaster

I'm waiting for my bus to Birmingham which leaves in approximately an hour and a half and I'm slightly bored. I've been browsing through my photographs and I found this photo of a poster I saw in a window in the administration building. I guess Japanese animation also has its fans in Lancaster.
