Tablix gui

Hello!

Some part of my bechelors degree work will be a tablix user interface for
chool timetabling.
I will use one of following sets:
- C++, wxWidgets, tinyxml
- python 2.5, wxPython
- java

Popably i will do some prototype in python and later wrote it all in c++.
Becouse of using only portable libraries it should work on windows, linux
and macosx.

Program consist of two parts, one for generating input files for tablix and
second for reading , manually modyifing and exporting timetables.
