Tablix 0.0.7 release announcement

I'm happy to announce Tablix version 0.0.7. This is a minor bug fix release, no new features were added.

Following is a list of bugs that were fixed:

- compilation problem with recent versions of libxml2
- bugs in student_freemorning.c and teacher_freemorning.c reported by Hafiz Malik.
- compilation problem when compiling in linear genetic algorithm (debug) mode.
- compile warnings in transfer.c
- minor fixes in the documentation
